Treasury
The Prairie Republic Treasury are always accountable to the Prairie Republic Administration, who are accountable to the Prairie Republic Sovereigns. All the money, savings, and pensions, new pensions and/or current pensions, are kept in the Treasury of the Prairie Republic on behalf of the Sovereigns of the Prairie Republic. They are secure and guaranteed, backed up by oil, gold, silver, metal, forestry, coal, and other commodities.
All the Treasury and financial sections in The Treasury of the Prairie Republic can create profitable programs or alliances that go towards the Treasury’s general revenue. The National Treasury of the Prairie Republic will, by Natural Sovereign Law, keep all current accounts and pension funds as secure deposit accounts only; they are not allowed to touch, spend, or lend this money.

Treasury
Upon establishing the Prairie Republics Treasury, all Sovereigns of the Prairie Republic, each receive a lump sum of the Prairie Republics currency (amount to be determined) to stimulate and kick start the Prairie Republics economy.
Article (35)
Monetary
When the Prairie Republics Administration and the Non-Partisan Monetary Committee have agreed on how much money is needed for the Prairie Republics fiscal year, this is brought to a referendum in the Prairie Republic for all Sovereigns to decide the outcome. If at any time, there is an extended discussion or lawful dispute that prevents an agreement from being rendered before the start of a new fiscal year, then our administrative body bring this to an independent arbitrator. When an agreement has then been attained, it will be brought to a referendum to be decided by the Prairie Republic Sovereigns.
Article (36)
Profits
The Sovereigns Profits: – After all fees have been received from the Private Banking Cartel, or after the Prairie Republics economy is sustainable and stable, a share (to be determined) of the Prairie Republic profits over the fiscal year are shared between all the Sovereigns of the Prairie Republic. This programmer plan can only be temporarily revoked in times of war or national emergency.

Auditor
The Prairie Republic have an independent Non-Partisan Committee, if needed, to audit the Prairie Republic Treasury and or Central Accounts.
Article (38)
Voting
Any eligible Sovereign having reached the age of consent are eligible to vote for all things pertaining to the Prairie Republic. Each Sovereign vote utilizes a transparent ballot; no electronic or mail-in voting outcomes is posted for all to see. This holds our employees accountable to the Sovereigns of the Prairie Republic by these means.

Regional Voting
One county, one seat, yes or no, hire or not hire, fire or not fire.
